Hunarbaaz Finale Review: Neetu Kapoor dances to Alia Bhatt’s songs, Akash Singh’s big win

The final episode of Hunarbaaz: Desh Ki Shaanthe talent-based reality show that aired a few months ago wrapped its first season today.

The show, rather than following the quintessential pattern of adding unnecessary overdone drama or curating it into another reality show full of gory stories, stuck to entertainment and what it promised: showcasing talent.

Parineeti Chopra which marked her small-screen debut as a judge with Hunarbaaz, stunned in an all-black saree. Keeping her look minimal and subtle, Chopra looked stunning.

Mithun Chakraborty, as usual, had his natural personality dominating his outer ensemble. The Bollywood dada still knows how to crack the public with his mere presence.

Karan Johar looked smart in his quirky outfit. As always, Karan, as usual, made a point of being witty and smart throughout.

Host Bharti Singh, who recently gave birth to a baby boy two weeks ago, has stuck to her professional commitments and returned to the show to fulfill them all.

Bharti’s husband and writer-host Harsh Limbachiyaa and TV star Surbhi Chandna ran the show until Bharti returned and took over. Bharti was seen getting emotional and thanked Mithun Chakraborty for his love and support for her throughout the show.

Dance Deewane Juniors judges Neetu Kapoor, Nora Fatehi and Marzi Pestonji along with host Karan Johar were seen making a quick but fun appearance on the Hunarbaaz Grand Finale sets. Their show will air on the Hunarbaaz time slot from next weekend.

Neetu Kapoor, who recently became the mother-in-law of Bollywood superstar Alia Bhatt, received many congratulatory messages from everyone on the Hunarbaaz sets. The erstwhile superstar was seen dancing to his Bahu Alia Bhatt’s Bollywood hit songs.

Following this, Karan Johar and Nora Fatehi’s belly dancing left everyone in the split. Parineeti mesmerized the audience with her beautiful singing.

The show ended by declaring Akash Singh the winner.

The show, in its first season, has managed to do well over the past few months. He had phenomenal talent on board, but he couldn’t get the attention he really deserved.

Audiences can rest assured of Hunarbaaz Season 2, as Bharti Singh officially announced that the next season will soon appear on the home channel, before bidding farewell to the audience.
